So I am so incredibly sun burnt right now! owie! The backs of my knees my face my arms and my neck (I wore a v-neck shirt!) are all crispy fried, I resemble a lobster. So yeah I spent about 7 hrs outside in the blazing sun for my memorial day. We did a car wash for the American Cancer Society and I was out there from 7:30 am till 2:30 pm, then i went to a picnic but hid in the shade. Hopefully I will not burn so badly when I go to California now, I hope. Sometimes being a red head has it's disadvantages, the skin type that comes with it is no fun!

Anyway for the cancer society we do this thing called Relay for LIfe and I have been doing it for 3 yrs now I think, We did it with one of my good friends who had cancer before she died, now we do it in remembrance of her. We raise money then we go and have someone from our team on the track all night it goes from like 6 pm on friday night till about noon on Saturday. It is a lot of fun I really enjoy doing it and spending time with the people. I will definately remember to wear lots of sunblock this time! lol.

Well I guess I am off for now, got a little heat exhaustion yesterday too and I am exhausted so I am going to put more aloe vera on and rest a little bit.
