The weather has been so strange these past two days...matching to my moods...Sunny, rainy, wind storms, blackouts, snow, hail, sun, rain...constantly changing. I always say Only in Utah, but I recieved a letter from Craig when he arrived in Victoria, he said that the local saying is, "If you don't like the weather in Victoria, wait ten minutes." So I guess it's not only in Utah.
